Shipping Policy
All items are packaged with great care, using recycled and sustainable packaging, to protect and ensure the quality of your purchase. I offer FREE SHIPPING Australia-wide, using Australia Post.
Every effort is made to send your purchase to you as soon as possible. As I offer variants on each design they are all listed as IN STOCK on the website to enable their availability for purchase. However the majority of these variants are MADE-TO-ORDER, requiring a turn-around time of 8-10 days dependent on workflows. READY-TO-SHIP items will be shipped within 3-5 days of purchase payment.
Any EXPRESS SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS will be at purchaser's expense.

Shipping time of SPECIAL COMMISSION items will vary according to time needed to craft each piece, usually 6-8 weeks, and can be discussed via email.
I use Australia Post for shipping, this includes tracking and has proved most reliable and economical. Requests for alternative preferred shipping can be discussed, and are to be paid by purchaser. Contact <curvilinearjewellerydesign@gmail.com> to arrange this.

In the event of receiving an item you believe to be defective or damaged please email <curvilinearjewellerydesign@gmail.com> within 48 hours of receiving your item, with your name, issue description and photos of the item.
I reserve the right to deny any request for return, exchange or repair.

ETHICAL AND SUSTAINABLE
As a craft-person ethical and sustainable practices are very important to me. I strive to maintain, personally and professionally, to uphold high ethical and sustainability standards, and use only materials sourced from reliably accredited ethical and sustainable providers and sources.

In listing design variations I offer a wider choice to you the buyer in the look and finish of an item.
Sterling silver and 24 carat gold plated over sterling silver give a choice of white or yellow metal and are safe for anyone with metal sensitivities to wear.
Brass and bronze have a yellow or pink colour respectively and as they age, without polishing can develop interesting patinas (You may wish to polish the ear wires only)
