Customer Care

Each piece is crafted with care individually by hand. Then carefully and securely wrapped to ensure its quality and safe arrival to you. I keep packaging to a minimum for reasons of sustainability, and all packaging is recycled paper and sustainable. You will receive your purchase in a small fabric pouch that is meant to protect your purchase and be used for storage when not being worn.

In listing product variations I offer a wider choice to you the buyer in the look and finish of an item. Sterling silver and 24 carat gold plated over sterling silver give a choice of white or yellow metal and are safe for anyone with metal sensitivities to wear.

Brass and bronze have a yellow and pink tone respectively, and as they age without polishing, can develop interesting beautiful patinas. (You may wish to polish the ear wires only)

All product variations are listed as being IN STOCK on the website to enable their availability for purchase. However I keep limited amounts of stock and generally all variants will be MADE-TO-ORDER, needing a turn around time of 8-10 days dependent on work flows. All effort is made to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. Items showing as READY-TO-SHIP on the website will be shipped within 3-5 days.

I ship using Australia Post regular parcel post with tracking, both within Australia and overseas. This has proved cost effective and reliable.

Shipping dates are an estimate only and not confirmed delivery times, as this is dependent on Australia Post.
